Firefly Pick 30 Day Satisfaction Guaranteed Return Policy
A full refund will be given if you are unhappy in any way with the performance of the Firefly Pick within 30 days of purchase.
The following conditions must be met to qualify for a refund:
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested from our customer service team within 30 days of your purchase date. To request an RMA, e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org with the reason for the return.
Returned product(s) must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged).
The RMA number must be included along with your returned product.
Refunds will be processed and paid within 2 weeks of receipt of the product by Capacitron LLC.
The buyer is responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges and you shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the product while in transit to Capacitron LLC.
Firefly Pick 1 Year Warranty
The Firefly Pick is covered under a one year (365 days) warranty for defects in material or workmanship from the date of purchase (proof of purchase required). Under this Limited Warranty, if a hardware defect arises and a valid claim is received by Capacitron LLC within the Warranty Period, at its option and to the extent permitted by law, Capacitron LLC will either (1) repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts or (2) exchange the product with a new or refurbished product. This warranty is only extended to the original purchaser and covers failures due to defects in materials or workmanship that occur during normal use. It does not cover battery, battery replacement, damage, or failures resulting from neglect, accident, misuse, mishandling, alteration or modifications of the product or any failure caused by the operation of the product outside the scope of its published specifications. Capacitron LLC shall in no event be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product. Capacitron LLC does not assume any responsibility for losses or claims by third parties that may arise through the use of this product.
To obtain warranty service: Email to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before returning your Firefly Pick. After obtaining the RMA, you must deliver the product to the Firefly Pick customer service team.
